Zeckendorf Towers

A 17,000 square foot green roof covers the Beth Israel Hospital in Manhattan. The installation of this semi-intensive green roof dramatically improved the view (and property values) of the four towers of the Zeckendorf Condo Towers that look down onto the hospital’s roof.

Soil depths range from 1”-24” and allow for a rich planting palette that includes shrubs, herbaceous perennials, trees, and a succulent groundcover mix inoculated with mosses.
